 Deer and turkey numbers are high in this area. The largest antlered buck pictured was harvested on a neighboring property in 2024 gun season and purported to score over 180". There are two food plots within the 120 along with a mixture of clover, chicory, turnips, and winter rye ensuring there’s always a destination after the surrounding crops are taken down. Quality Deer Management is practiced in the area. The owner has Nine Enclosed stands, six of which are negotiable. Also included are over 15 ladder stands in great spots throughout the property. Three strategically placed water holes hold between 100 and 250 gallons of water. The shop is a 30 x 50 steel building wired with 220 power separate from the cabin.
