I had been looking for hunting/recreational land for some time and had emailed Dennis Guenther of Weiss Realty to check on a listing I found online. Dennis responded immediately to my email and I was able to schedule a time to look at the property days later. Upon meeting Dennis I found him to be both knowledgeable about the property, and the area in which the land was located. Dennis and I hit it off, as we are both avid outdoorsmen and shared stories of hunts and adventures. Dennis even went out of his way to show me around the area highlighting other recreation spots in close proximity to the land. Thankfully my offer was accepted and Dennis once again went above and beyond by assisting me in identifying local credit unions for financing of the purchase, all of which went through without issue. At closing, seeing Dennis there I got to introduce him to my wife and later I could not tell her enough about how much I enjoyed working with and getting to know Dennis.
