Pepin County ridge top farm with easy access from the west and south. 37 acres of high productivity tillable ground and a 28 acre hardwood valley. The work ground lies off Big Hill Road and Bluff Lane. The majority of the field is in nice straight rows with just a couple waterways. In terms of hunting, both sides of the valley are easily accessed from the top of ridge. This allows stand locations for just about any wind direction. Many large oak trees line the hill sides. The main draw leads straight down to the Tiffany Bottoms in an area where it is very difficult for the general public to access. Heavy trails lead up both sides of the valley from the expansive river bottom to the crop fields on top of the ridge. This parcel ties into thousands of acres of wooded ridges and nearly connects to several other large valleys to the west and south. There is a nice hill road providing atv access from the top of the ridge to the bottom. This property lies about 4 miles northeast of the City of Pepin within view of the Chippewa River.
