This secluded property offers great hunting with a super convenient location being less than 5 miles from downtown Winona and only 40 miles from Rochester.  Tucked back in a valley, the private easement allows it to stay hidden from public view.  Interconnected with thousands of acres of timber, the surrounding area has a high deer population with some great bucks running around.  Despite its small size the property packs in a great deal of terrain features.  The entire ridge to the north is pocked with numerous bumps and points that provide great bedding habitat.  The deep valley offers protection on the days with high winds.  The ridge to south features a beautiful oak flat just off the secluded back corner of a huge ridgetop ag field.   A well-maintained ATV trail allows easy access to the north ridge and an extensive power line clearing that is an incredible food plot location.  There is also small food plot in the bottom of the valley which offers super easy and stealthy access.  The hillside leading up to the south ridge has several overgrown logging trails that could be cleared for improved access to the top.  Due to the proximity to the surrounding bluffs this property is not suitable for a dwelling.

From the intersection of Hwy 14 & 43 in Winona take County 17 to East Burns Valley Rd.   Travel South on E Burns Valley Road approximately 4 miles.  Property on West side of the road.  From Rochester take I-90 East.  Take Winona Exit then head East on County 12 for a half mile then North on East Burns Valley Rd for 1.75 miles.
