From the Twin Cities follow Interstate 94 west to Monticello. Take Highway 10 west from Monticello for 80 miles to the County Road 7 west exit, which is 8 miles north of Cushing. Follow County Road 7 west for 1 mile to 335^th Avenue. Go south on 335^th Avenue 1/2 mile, stay left to the private easement entrance. Follow private easement southwest to real estate sign at entrance.
