This meandering oak filled valley lies hidden amongst the surrounding ag fields in central Fillmore County. This parcel should allow for several choices when looking at a build site. From Rochester take Co. 1 south 11 miles to Co. 2 east, then south on Co. 38 to Co. 4 east, then south on Co. 5 to Fillmore, then east on Co. 8 2 miles, then south on 211^th Ave, then east on Mulligan Rd 1 mile.
