This incredibly scenic setting just 15 minutes from Winona is part of the head waters of Garvin Brook. As you hike through this property you can witness numerous springs bubbling up and flowing together to help form the upper stretches of a crystal clear trout stream. If you carefully approach the larger pools you can catch a rare glimpse of brook trout in their native habitat. There is plenty of deer sign on this property as well as numerous other wildlife that enjoy the benefit of year-round flowing water. There is room for a variety of different deer hunting stand sites whether it be on the ridge, south facing hillside or at one of the creek crossings along the valley floor. The hillsides are comprised of mature hardwoods including oak, cherry and hickory. The property is accessed by a minimum maintenance road which sees almost no traffic. There is currently short driveway/pull out in place which offers ample room for parking. The property should be ideal for a private camp site or potentially a rustic cabin, but it most likely would not be suitable for a dwelling. Directions:

From Winona take Hwy 14 West 9 miles west to Arches Rd.  Follow Arches Rd one mile south. Property is on the sharp corner before the hill.   From Rochester take Hwy 14  34 miles east to Arches Rd.
