Located just a couple minutes outside Preston, MN and within about 2 miles of the Root River State Bike Trail access. Lanesboro is only 10 miles away. The cabins are fully insulated, fully finished, wired for outlets and lights powered by generator. Cabins include some furnishings such as beds/bunkbeds and some built in cabinetry. Main cabin is 14x16 with a 13x17 covered deck. The additional two cabins are both 12x12. There are two outhouses one with a composting toilet and two yard sheds for additional storage. 40 minute drive from Rochester.

From Rochester take Hwy 52 south for 35 miles to 230^th Street. Then west for 1.75 miles. Property on north side of 230^th.
