Our Agents: Kyle Williamson

Growing up in Southeastern Minnesota, I found my love of hunting and fishing as far back as I can remember. My dad, being the one that introduced me to the outdoors, has now come full circle as I introduce my three young girls to the outdoors.
About four years ago my wife (Nicole) and I purchased our first piece of hunting land. Since then, we have bought and sold a few different properties and it has become an obsession of mine ever since! Throughout the last few years, the enjoyment of habitat improvement has risen right up there with my love for hunting.  
Between my passion for the outdoors combined with my wife’s knowledge as a lender at a local financial institution, I bring a lot of real-world knowledge and experience to the table from every aspect of the land or home buying process. One thing I enjoy most is crunching numbers on a potential investment (especially when the numbers say “buy it”)!
I am excited to join the Weiss Realty Team and look forward to helping others make their real estate dreams a reality!
