Our Agents: John Mondloch

John grew up in Central Minnesota and has spent most of his life in pursuit of the outdoors. From an early age you could find him in the paddle boat catching bass and crappies or just chasing frogs and swimming.  In his early teens, John was introduced to hunting black bear & whitetail deer hunting.  From there his passion for things and places wild continued to build and John found it was a great place to become one with his faith.
John’s professional career started at the age of 6 as a paper carrier and has been hard at work ever since.  He spent over 20 years as Minnesota licensed general contractor gaining an extensive knowledge of homes, development, land splitting, land use and government processes. During that time, John started and/or owned several other businesses and successfully grew them.  He is proud to say they are operating successfully to this day by incredible people, who have become some of his closest friends.   John retired from building in Oct 2023 and is excited to start a new career in real estate.   While being a licensed agent is a new endeavor, John has much experience in the art of buying and selling land and lake shore.  He has personally owned dozens of properties including homes, lake front, farmland and recreational properties.   He’s found a great passion in helping people find and develop hunting parcels.  John really enjoys improving the habitat by incorporating functional & developmental designs to build the deer herd and support more wildlife.
John’s family life includes his wife and business partner Amy along with their children, Hannah, Josh, Aleah & Rebekah. Sharing and building memories with them on the water and in the woods is a blessing.
