PROGRAM
We
market each property aggressively, both in print advertising
and on the internet. Your property will be advertised in
various areas depending on its location and type.
We
are constantly seeking out new advertising opportunities
and continuously expand the number and type of publications
and websites used to advertise your property.
This is the plan of action in marketing your
property from start to finish:
1.
At the time you sign the listing contract, your agent will
take measurements and pictures of your property.
2.
“FOR SALE” signs will be placed on your property
in strategic locations.
3.
Within 72 hours of signing the listing contract, your property
will be placed on two MLS systems (Twins Cities Area and
Northwestern WI), our company website, and on REALTOR.com.
4.
You will then be sent login information to BookaShowing.com
so that you can monitor all showing activity and buyer/agent
feedback on your property.
5.
Depending on your property type, it may also be placed on
usaland.com, as well as several other websites.
6.
By request, a virtual tour can be developed of your property.
7.
Your property will be discussed at the next weekly sales
meeting, and an agent tour may be scheduled.
8.
Our agents will call prospective buyers that they believe
may be interested in your property; showings will be set
with any interested prospects.
9.
At any time, an Open House can be scheduled to increase
buyer traffic through your home.
10.
Your property will then be advertised in various print publications
and updated as needed until it sells.
Our
goal is to sell your home quickly, keep you stress-free
and provide all of the services needed in the process.

marketing that is done with each property:
Internet
Marketing - The internet has become the most important
advertising tool available in marketing real estate. Virtually
every buyer with access to the internet will spend hours
online searching for properties that fit their needs. Because
of this, we spend significant time and money in online advertising

marketed on two regional MLS systems which are focused in
both the Eau Claire and Twin Cities Metro Areas, which helps

yours. In addition, our website is service oriented, allowing

of people every day. Buyers consistently use this website
as a first stop when searching for properties.

Print Marketing - Print marketing is also
an important tool in getting your property in front of potential
buyers. We advertise in dozens of publications on a regular

property. Depending on location and type, your property

International Relocation Services, a relocation referral

to move to a new area. International Relocation Services
refers buyers looking to move anywhere in Pepin, Pierce,
Dunn, or Buffalo Counties to our firm. As a result, we have
an increased number of buyers to whom we can market your
property. In addition, we can provide a valuable service
to people who are planning to move out of the area by referring
them to an International Relocation Services member in their
